Crew Member
Responsibilities: 
  • Learn and abide by BW Construction’s safety and building procedures  
  • Read, understand, and build according to specifications 
  • Complete services under BW Construction, including roofing, siding, windows, decks, garages, pole barns, snow removal, and other projects 
  • Work as a team player 
  • Value and employ customer service  
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for CDL
  • Capable to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Comfortable and cautious working at heights
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
Foreman
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide effective and supportive leadership for the crew teams 
  • Ensure crew members are fully trained and follow all safety and construction procedures
  • Ensure completion of services under BW Construction, including roofing, siding, windows, decks, garages, pole barns, snow removal, and other projects while supervising and working alongside the crew
  • Coordinate project work schedules to complete projects in the most effective manner possible
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for CDL
  • Capable to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Experience leading teams to complete quality projects on time and within budget
  • High communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise others in an efficient, coordinated, and effective manner
  • High attention to detail and emphasis on safety
  • Proficiencies in planning, scheduling, cost accounting, and recordkeeping
